Our manufacturing facilities at Sanjan in Maharashtra, located 150 kms north of Mumbai, employs a state of the art technology, to produce a wide range of copper and copper alloy products, enabling us to be a TIER I supplier to customers in the export as well as in the domestic markets.
KPIPL is an ISO 9001:2015 certified unit with its manufacturing facilities spread over 27690 sq.feet, and is equipped with state of the art production and sophisticated Quality control equipments. The quality assurance system at the plant, is backed by an ultra-modern chemical & physical testing laboratory having Computerized Spectroscopic Analyzer for precise Alloying Composition control, Computerized Multi-Range Microscope for Microstructure Examination, Computerized Eddy Current Testing, Computerized Universal Testing, Hardness Testing and Hydraulic Pressure Testing facility for final inspection. Our plant and the marketing office in Mumbai, is well supported by a team of young engineering professionals.
